Formulation Technician I – Mon – Weds Nights

ThermoFisher Scientific is hiring a Formulation Technician I for our manufacturing facility in Saint Bernard, Hamilton County. This is a full-time position working nights, Monday through Wednesday, on a 12-hour shift schedule.

Role Overview

As a Formulation Technician I, you'll play a critical role in our production operations, supporting the manufacturing and testing of formulations in a controlled environment. You'll work during evening and night hours as part of our dedicated technical team, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment used in formulation preparation and processing
• Follow established manufacturing protocols and standard operating procedures with precision
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all production activities
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance
• Support cleaning, sanitation, and equipment maintenance in our cleanroom environment
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds regularly without assistance
• Commitment to adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards
• Willingness to follow strict cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
• Comfort wearing personal protective equipment (safety glasses, lab coat, gloves, gowning, ear protection, and other PPE as required)
• Understanding of cleanroom behavioral standards, including restrictions on hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, and exposed piercings
• Ability to work a consistent 12-hour night shift schedule, including Monday through Wednesday evenings
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a regulated manufacturing environment
