KARE Center Staff – Part Time (3rd Shift)

Kenosha Human Development Services is hiring a part-time, 3rd shift KARE Center Staff member to support its Crisis and Stabilization Services in Kenosha, Kenosha County, Wisconsin. About the Role

As a KARE Center Staff member, you will work within the Crisis and Stabilization Services division at the KARE Center, located at 3536 52nd Street in Kenosha, WI. This is a non-exempt, part-time position covering weekend and overnight (3rd shift) hours. You will report directly to the KARE Center Program Manager and help maintain a safe, stable, and supportive environment for the individuals served. Starting pay is $15.12 per hour, with an additional $2.00 shift differential for these hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, respectful support to individuals receiving crisis and stabilization services during 3rd shift and weekend hours.
• Help sustain a secure, calm, and welcoming setting throughout each overnight shift at the KARE Center.
• Observe and respond to the needs of those served, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as appropriate.
• Follow established program procedures, documentation standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift coverage and continuity of care.
