About the Role

As a Tax Senior in EY's Financial Services practice, you'll manage critical tax compliance and reporting engagements. You'll advise clients on tax strategy, oversee regulatory filings, and lead initiatives that ensure tax operations excellence.

What You'll Do

• Direct tax compliance and reporting projects for financial services organizations
• Manage tax documentation, filings, and regulatory submissions
• Develop tax strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverable quality standards
• Evaluate regulatory changes and their impact on tax operations
• Support the development and training of team members

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related discipline
• Professional experience in tax compliance, reporting, or tax operations
• CPA certification or equivalent professional credential
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with tax software and accounting platforms
