Maintenance Technician

Clear Investment Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join the team at Lifestyle Apartments in Shreveport, Caddo Parish — a full-time role for hands-on professionals who take pride in keeping a residential community running smoothly.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician with Clear Investment Group in Shreveport, you'll be the go-to problem solver for our apartment community. Your core focus is completing timely repairs and carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance so that residents enjoy comfortable, well-cared-for homes. This is an on-site, full-time position working Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with rotating on-call coverage during weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance requests across apartment units and shared community spaces.
• Carry out a proactive preventative maintenance program to keep building systems in reliable working order.
• Respond to service needs promptly to minimize disruption for residents.
• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule to handle urgent repair situations.
• Help maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience performing general apartment or building maintenance and repairs.
• Working knowledge of common trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused, dependable approach.
• Willingness to share in rotational on-call weekend shifts as part of the team.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Shreveport, Caddo Parish.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay of $18–$22, based on relevant experience.
