What You'll Do
- Conduct personalized financial advisory sessions with retirement plan participants, assessing their goals, circumstances, and risk tolerance
- Develop tailored financial guidance addressing retirement strategy, investment approaches, and comprehensive financial wellness
- Deliver group education sessions and workshops on retirement planning, investment fundamentals, and money management
- Identify participants' broader financial needs and opportunities, working collaboratively with senior financial advisors
- Build meaningful client relationships through responsive communication and ongoing support
- Stay informed on financial trends, retirement regulations, and industry developments
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, recommendations, and outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience as a financial advisor, financial planner, or in a related advisory capacity
- Solid knowledge of retirement planning, investment fundamentals, and financial strategy
- Excellent communication skills—ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging language
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse audiences in individual and group settings
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
