About the Role

As a Sales Executive for Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, you'll own the full relationship lifecycle with new and existing clients. This position combines consultative selling with strategic account management, where your success directly impacts both client outcomes and company revenue. You'll work directly with business decision-makers to understand their risk challenges and position tailored insurance solutions that protect their assets and operations.

What You'll Do

• Cultivate and expand relationships with new prospects and current clients across the P&C market
• Develop and execute a consistent sales pipeline strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Conduct risk assessments and consultative meetings to identify client needs and coverage gaps
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing satisfaction
• Present insurance solutions and negotiate terms that deliver value to both client and company
• Manage account documentation, proposals, and follow-up communications professionally and on schedule
• Stay current on P&C market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory changes

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance, risk management, or a related B2B field
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and close business in a consultative sales environment
• Self-motivated with solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of property and casualty insurance, or willingness to develop deep product knowledge quickly
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
