Position Summary

As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer at our Savannah-area Drury Hotels property, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems that keep our hotel operating at peak performance. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $29 per hour, with opportunities to grow your technical skills in a hospitality environment that values your contributions. Working at 500 East Highway 80 in Pooler, Georgia, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences through reliable facility management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls from guests and staff
• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and document all repairs and replacements
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs outside your scope
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the property

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in hotel, hospitality, or commercial building maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building mechanics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to respond to on-call emergencies as needed
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces
