About the Role

As a Natural Resources Senior Project Manager based in Highland Park, Dallas, you will direct environmental projects from concept through delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring outcomes that meet client goals, regulatory standards, and budget expectations. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to influence high-impact work within WSP USA's expanding Earth & Environment practice. Candidates may also be considered for other WSP offices throughout the Texas and Louisiana region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex natural resources and environmental projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of scientists, engineers, and technical specialists to deliver quality results on time.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building lasting relationships and understanding evolving needs.
• Oversee project budgets, scopes, and deliverables while managing risk and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
• Mentor staff and contribute to the continued growth of WSP USA's Earth & Environment Team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record managing complex environmental or natural resources projects.
• Proven leadership ability, with experience guiding teams toward shared objectives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client-management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Highland Park, Dallas, or another WSP office across Texas and Louisiana.
