About the Role
As the Program Lead for Rural Health Sustainable Access, you will guide the planning, coordination, and delivery of programs designed to improve and sustain healthcare access across rural areas. Working on-site in Richmond from the Capitol location, you will partner with clients and stakeholders to develop practical, resilient solutions to some of the most pressing challenges facing rural health systems today.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day execution of rural health access programs from initiation through completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and community partners.
- Develop strategies that promote long-term, sustainable access to healthcare services in rural regions.
- Apply emergency management and preparedness principles to support resilient health infrastructure.
- Solve complex problems through innovative, evidence-informed approaches.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading programs or projects, ideally within health, public sector, or emergency management settings.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills.
- A collaborative, public-spirited mindset and a commitment to serving communities.
- Ability to work on-site in Richmond at the Capitol location.
