About the Role
As Program Lead for Rural Health Sustainable Access, you will oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and outcomes of a health access initiative. You'll work across healthcare systems, government agencies, and community organizations to design, execute, and continuously improve programs that enhance rural health equity and long-term sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute program strategy aligned with rural health access and sustainability goals
- Direct daily program operations, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively
- Build and nurture partnerships with healthcare providers, public agencies, and community stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven improvements to program design
- Ensure alignment with healthcare policy requirements and funder compliance standards
- Lead team members and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve program objectives
- Communicate program progress, challenges, and outcomes to leadership and external partners
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience leading healthcare, public health, or community development programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and lead teams
- Knowledge of rural healthcare systems and sustainable access models
- Understanding of healthcare policy, program evaluation, and grant or funding management
- Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse partners
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking in resource-constrained settings
