Suites and Catering Supervisor – Kauffman Stadium – Premium Services

ARAMARK is seeking a Suites and Catering Supervisor for its Premium Services team at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Jackson County.

About the Role

In this full‑time position you will support the day‑to‑day operation of premium dining spaces, working closely with a manager to ensure guests receive excellent service and food quality. The role blends leadership, organization, and hands‑on involvement in a fast‑paced stadium environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise suite attendants and catering staff, assigning shifts and monitoring performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to prepare and deliver food and beverage orders for events
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout all service areas
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and tracking usage to minimize waste
• Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to uphold a premium experience
• Train new team members on procedures, service expectations, and company policies
• Support the manager in scheduling, payroll preparation, and reporting operational metrics
• Participate in pre‑event briefings and post‑event debriefs to drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or catering supervision, preferably in a venue or stadium setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
• Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event‑based schedules
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with chefs, managers, and clients
• Proficiency with standard office tools and point‑of‑sale systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
