Field Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Field Sales Manager for their Mainz location. In this role, you will:

• Acquire new customers through field sales activities and present innovative energy solutions
• Capture technical specifications from potential customers to assess project feasibility
• Continuously expand your customer base by developing and nurturing your professional network
• Convert qualified leads into closed contracts through persuasive sales conversations
• Participate in regular performance feedback sessions with leadership to optimize results
• Contribute to a high-performing sales team driving growth in the renewable energy sector

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience in sales of complex solutions, ideally in field sales roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a personable, open demeanor
• Results-driven mindset with solution-oriented thinking and positive presence
• Commitment to personal development and career advancement
• High level of proactive self-motivation and enthusiasm for achieving sales targets
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Business-fluent German language skills, both verbal and written
