We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in the Berlin area that is seeking an experienced electrical trainer to lead technical education programs. Our client operates a dedicated training academy where skilled electricians prepare field teams to deliver residential energy installations across Germany.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group training sessions for electricians and electrical assistants
• Ensure structured, hands-on onboarding for new technical hires
• Plan and execute targeted skill development programs
• Continuously refine training formats to maintain installation quality standards
• Work on-site at the training academy in Blankenfelde-Mahlow (Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 12, 15827)

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as an electrician (Elektriker:in)
• 3+ years of experience in energy and building systems technology
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Strong communication skills with a respectful, professional approach
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience with photovoltaic systems and heat pumps is a plus
