Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential rail infrastructure engineering firm seeking a construction supervisor to oversee railway projects in the Griesheim area. In this role, you will:

• Monitor and coordinate construction projects within the rail network while maintaining strict safety compliance standards
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of infrastructure projects
• Conduct quality control inspections and perform acceptance testing of completed work
• Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders and provide regular reporting to project leadership
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction supervision, ideally on railway projects
• Solid knowledge of relevant railway industry standards and technical guidelines
• High degree of responsibility and self-initiative
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
