Insolvency Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $120/hr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal services organization seeking an Insolvency Specialist for a fully remote contract engagement. This is a short-term project focused on evaluating AI-generated legal content in the restructuring and insolvency domain.

Our talent team partners with leading organizations to connect them with qualified legal professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced restructuring attorney seeking flexible, project-based work on your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated legal content related to restructuring and insolvency for accuracy, completeness, and legal soundness
• Review six blinded AI-generated deliverables to assess alignment with established legal principles and methodologies
• Conduct five head-to-head comparisons of AI outputs against a common baseline
• Provide clear, structured feedback with specific rationales for each evaluation and preference selection
• Work independently and asynchronously within established deadlines to support AI model improvement
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to NDA requirements throughout the engagement

What We're Looking For

• Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in restructuring and insolvency law
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate legal work product holistically, assessing correctness, completeness, professional judgment, and practical usefulness
• Excellent written English skills with precision and clarity
• Strong capacity to work independently following written instructions and meeting firm deadlines
• Commitment to approximately 18 hours for this contract engagement
• Ability to refrain from using external AI tools when working with confidential project materials
