About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential client in the B2B SaaS sector that is experiencing significant growth. They are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in India. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and a collaborative mindset to support enterprise clients throughout their journey.
This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges while working directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise through solution designs, demonstrations, and proof of concepts via in-person and virtual presentations
- Deliver customer demos and facilitate smooth customer onboarding experiences
- Design tailored solutions based on customer requirements, demonstrating flexibility across multiple solution approaches
- Provide technical support assistance to customers when required
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate account details and contact information in CRM systems
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to manage demos and onboarding setups
- Identify and report processes that may need improvement
- Bring an R&D mindset to develop innovative solutions and workflows
- Work timings: 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in SaaS or IT environments
- Full-time Engineering degree required
- Strong experience with Python programming
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and API integration
- Hands-on experience with Postman, integration tools like Zapier, and other middleware platforms
Nice-to-Have Qualities:
- Team player with a "buck stops with me" ownership mentality
- Proven track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating technical results
- Self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative with eagerness to learn
- Commitment to best practices and continuous improvement
- Strong attention to detail in written communication and technical work
