Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential direct-to-consumer skincare brand in their search for a DTC Video Editor with Amazon expertise. This remote role is based in India and offers the chance to work with a high-growth e-commerce organization that processes hundreds of creator videos monthly across multiple social platforms.

Our client leverages performance marketing and creator content to drive results on Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You'll be central to their visual storytelling strategy, transforming raw UGC into scroll-stopping ads.

Responsibilities

• Edit and optimize short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta advertising campaigns
• Repurpose hundreds of monthly creator videos into fresh, platform-specific formats designed to improve CTR and CVR
• Create and optimize Amazon Video Ads that convert browsers into buyers
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's beauty and skincare aesthetic
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign objectives and performance goals
• Deliver high-quality edits quickly to meet fast-paced deadlines in a DTC environment
• Stay current on TikTok trends, viral hooks, transitions, and platform algorithms

What We're Looking For

• Active TikTok user with a natural understanding of beauty and skincare content trends
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
• Portfolio demonstrating beauty/skincare edits or UGC-style video work
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, iterate based on feedback, and manage multiple projects
• Bonus: Experience creating performance-driven ad content or understanding of social media algorithms
• Bonus: Track record of improving engagement metrics through creative editing

Schedule: Flexible hours with slight overlap with CST timezone during the first month only
