EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Director to lead Corporate and Growth Strategy within our Health practice, based in Highland Park, Dallas. In this Strategy and Execution leadership role, you will guide health sector clients through high-stakes decisions that shape their long-term value and market position.

As an EY-Parthenon Senior Director focused on Corporate and Growth Strategy for Health, you will operate at the center of a globally connected organization, partnering with senior client leadership across the healthcare landscape. This full-time, in-office position in Dallas places you at the intersection of strategic insight and practical execution, helping organizations grow with confidence and build a better working world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate and growth strategy engagements for clients in the health sector, from framing the core question through to actionable recommendations.
• Advise executive stakeholders on portfolio direction, market entry, and value creation across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, bridging the gap between planning and measurable outcomes.
• Develop and mentor diverse, high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Cultivate lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the EY-Parthenon Health practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level experience in corporate strategy, growth strategy, or management consulting, ideally within the health or life sciences sector.
• A proven track record of leading complex, strategy-and-execution engagements for senior clients.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and guiding consulting teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Highland Park, Dallas.
