About the Role

As our Testing Portfolio Lead for Oracle Health Federal, you'll direct quality assurance and testing initiatives for healthcare institutions deploying and maintaining enterprise software. Your leadership ensures system changes function as designed, prevents production defects, and upholds the highest standards of reliability that federal healthcare organizations depend on.

What You'll Do

• Lead quality assurance strategies and testing execution across multiple federal healthcare client engagements
• Oversee testing of system changes, software updates, and implementations to verify functionality against requirements
• Develop and manage test plans, identify defects early, and ensure issues are resolved before production release
• Coordinate testing activities across clinical staff, IT teams, and software vendors at federal institutions
• Own testing documentation, quality metrics, and compliance reporting for federal healthcare standards
• Build and mentor a testing team with expertise in healthcare software validation and federal requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes across the portfolio

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of quality assurance leadership and testing experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors
• Expertise testing enterprise healthcare software platforms, such as Cerner Millennium implementations, in federal environments
• Knowledge of federal healthcare compliance, security standards, and software validation requirements
• Experience developing test strategies, managing QA teams, and building testing frameworks
• Strong communication skills for working effectively with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to quality with a commitment to preventing production defects
• Ability to manage multiple testing workstreams and prioritize in a complex, fast-moving environment
