ESH Officer

Continental is seeking an Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) Officer to join our Pluak Daeng facility in Rayong, Thailand. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in maintaining safe, healthy, and compliant working conditions across our manufacturing operations.

What This Role Involves

As an ESH Officer at Continental, you will serve as a key driver of workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and occupational health initiatives. You'll develop, implement, and oversee programs designed to prevent incidents, minimize environmental impact, and foster a strong safety culture throughout the facility. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Core Duties

• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Implement and monitor compliance with local and international ESH regulations and Continental policies
• Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
• Develop and deliver safety training and awareness programs for employees at all levels
• Maintain detailed ESH documentation, records, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with operations teams to design safer processes and work procedures
• Monitor environmental compliance and recommend improvements to reduce waste and emissions

What We're Looking For

• Qualification in occupational health, safety, environmental management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience as an ESH Officer, safety specialist, or equivalent role in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of Thai workplace safety regulations and international ESH standards
• Excellent communication and training skills to engage employees across all levels
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in Thai is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional safety initiatives
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
