About the Role

As a C&D Engineer (Automation) based in Plauk Daeng, RAYONG, you will focus on developing and optimizing automation systems and control solutions. Working within Continental's engineering department, you'll apply your technical expertise to advance our automation capabilities, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to meaningful engineering projects that impact our organization's success.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation systems and control technologies for operational processes
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements
• Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of automated systems to ensure optimal performance
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for automation initiatives
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related discipline
• Professional experience with automation systems, control engineering, or related technologies
• Proficiency with engineering design software, industrial automation tools, and technical platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
