Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential HR technology media organization seeking an Email Channel Manager to join their marketing team in London. In this role, you will:

• Manage email marketing campaigns, segment databases, and maximize revenue opportunities from CRM and customer data
• Copywrite and design email campaigns to drive engagement for events including webinars and conferences
• Continuously analyze performance metrics to improve future campaigns and strategies
• Acquire and activate reactive leads through targeted email outreach
• Coordinate with content and sales teams to ensure messaging reaches the right target audiences
• Drive ticket sales and event registrations by managing the marketing inbox

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate who possesses strong ownership mentality, follow-through, and exceptional attention to detail. Specific requirements include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic results
• UK work permit required
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High sense of urgency and proactive work ethic
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems preferred

This is an in-office position Monday through Friday near Victoria Station in London. Remote work is not available for this role.
