We are representing a fast-growing professional events and media company in the HR technology sector. Our client is seeking an Email Campaign Associate to join their in-person team in London. This role offers significant ownership over digital marketing campaigns and content strategy, with excellent opportunities for professional development in a high-energy startup environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of multi-channel marketing initiatives, including:

• Managing email marketing campaigns: copywriting, design, strategy development, and performance optimization for newsletters, product updates, and promotional content
• Growing and managing social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter, testing new content formats and engaging with industry audiences
• Creating and maintaining visual identity through graphic design across all marketing channels
• Contributing to website design, SEO activities, and UX optimization to reflect brand identity
• Analyzing performance metrics across all channels and working toward challenging KPIs
• Managing paid advertising and PPC campaigns
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and share relevant content with audiences
• Occasionally traveling to support conferences and events

What We're Looking For
