About the Role
As our Downstream Product Manager, you'll own the strategic and operational leadership of assigned products throughout their lifecycle. You'll work across cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, strengthen customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities within existing markets and applications. This full-time position combines data-driven decision-making with hands-on execution to maximize product value and customer success.
What You'll Do
- Manage product performance, adoption metrics, and key performance indicators across your portfolio
- Partner with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product success
- Analyze customer feedback, market data, and usage patterns to identify product improvements and optimization opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand product adoption and revenue within existing customer segments
- Monitor competitive positioning and industry trends to maintain relevance and competitive advantage
- Support customer success programs and resolve product-related challenges
- Maintain accurate product documentation and market intelligence across assigned products
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of product management or product operations experience
- Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred
- Strong analytical capability and strategic problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and product management software
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, engineering, or related field
