As a Bus Driver & Janitor with UMOS in Wautoma, you will play a dual role that keeps program operations running smoothly. This on-site position combines safe, dependable vehicle operation with hands-on facility upkeep, making you an essential part of the team that serves the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and care for assigned vehicles, including seasonal start-up checks, regular upkeep, and end-of-season closing inspections.
• Perform a thorough walk-around inspection of each vehicle both before and after every use to confirm it is roadworthy and safe.
• Carry out scheduled and routine maintenance to keep vehicles reliable throughout the year.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within assigned facilities through general janitorial duties.
• Document inspections and report any mechanical concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate the assigned vehicle(s) and conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance practices and seasonal servicing.
• Comfort handling janitorial and general facility cleaning tasks.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Wautoma, Wisconsin.
