Director of Talent Acquisition at CFO Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition based in London. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment function and work directly with senior leadership on talent strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process from role profiling through candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview script creation, and conducting interviews
• Building a strong employer brand and attracting both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies
• Developing and automating recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Enhancing the onboarding process in close collaboration with management
• Working closely with the executive team on overall recruiting strategy and workforce planning
