Director, AI Enablement

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a leading global media and marketing organization seeking a Director, AI Enablement to join their London operation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving AI product adoption and client success across a portfolio of accounts. You'll work at the intersection of technology enablement, client training, and change management, ensuring teams maximize value from advanced AI-driven media platforms.

This position requires the right to work in the UK and follows a hybrid model with approximately four days per week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Client Enablement Leadership: Manage enablement programs for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring effective onboarding, comprehensive training on AI-powered media platforms, and sustained support through adoption phases. Partner with account teams to identify expansion opportunities and deliver measurable business impact.
• Hands-On Training Delivery: Conduct product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and tailored training sessions. Support change management initiatives to help client teams transition to AI-enabled workflows. Provide practical guidance and industry best practices to drive daily adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary enablement contact for your cluster, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams. Gather and relay client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities. Coordinate with regional enablement peers to share learnings and ensure consistency.
• Cross-Studio Integration: Facilitate integration on cross-studio deployments where required, ensuring seamless coordination between different operational units within client workflows. Uphold governance models for global client solutions, eliminating operational gaps. Represent enablement in relevant cross-studio workstreams to drive alignment and execution quality.
• Performance Monitoring: Track adoption metrics, engagement levels, and client satisfaction within your cluster. Identify trends and improvement areas, working with regional leadership to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Growth Support: Assist in new business pitches and client retention efforts by showcasing platform capabilities. Develop enablement materials, case studies, and success stories that highlight delivered value.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization
• Strong understanding of technology platforms with the ability to act as a confident product advocate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborative working style with the ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows is advantageous but not required
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
