Digital Merchandising & Content Lead, RVLV & FWRD Man

Eminent, Inc. is recruiting a Digital Merchandising & Content Lead for RVLV & FWRD Man in Artesia, Los Angeles County. As a full-time team member, you'll drive digital product discovery and content strategy for one of Millennials' and Generation Z's preferred fashion destinations.

Position Summary

This role bridges digital merchandising and content strategy, ensuring RVLV & FWRD Man's vast, curated catalog becomes an engaging, discovery-driven experience. You'll take ownership of how products are presented, organized, and merchandised across digital channels, working closely with product, design, and marketing teams to connect our audience with the styles and brands they're searching for.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies that highlight new arrivals, collections, and brand partnerships
• Create and oversee product content—descriptions, imagery, and storytelling—that drives discovery and conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product assortment, visual presentation, and editorial strategy
• Monitor performance metrics and customer behavior to refine merchandising approach and content effectiveness
• Manage seasonal campaigns and promotional initiatives that resonate with our target audience
• Ensure product curation and content standards across apparel, footwear, accessories, and beauty categories

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or content strategy for retail or fashion brands
• Strong understanding of product discovery, user behavior, and conversion optimization online
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to craft compelling product narratives
• Comfort working with data and analytics to measure impact and inform decisions
• Experience managing digital product catalogs or merchandising tools
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle brands, and understanding current consumer trends
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail
