About This Opportunity

As a company-operated driver in our Dedicated Contract Services program, you'll transport dry van freight on assigned routes rather than seeking spot loads. This role provides the route consistency and schedule predictability that experienced professional drivers appreciate, with competitive weekly compensation and availability to start right away.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial dry van vehicle safely, maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and safety requirements
• Transport freight on dedicated customer routes, meeting delivery schedules and commitments
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report needed maintenance
• Maintain accurate logbooks, mileage records, and cargo documentation per federal guidelines
• Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, arrival times, and any operational concerns
• Properly secure and verify cargo throughout the delivery process

Required Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a clean driving record
• Previous commercial vehicle driving experience
• Knowledge of and adherence to DOT safety standards and regulations
• Consistent reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery commitments
• Ability to work independently and maintain effective communication with management
• Capability to perform routine vehicle maintenance and safety inspections
