About the Role

As a Road Maintenance Coordinator, you'll serve as the critical connection between drivers facing mechanical challenges and our operations team. Working under direct oversight, you'll manage support requests from drivers and vendor partners, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions that emphasize driver safety and cost-effective service. Your ability to stay focused and responsive directly impacts fleet reliability and driver success on the road.

What You'll Do

• Field urgent maintenance inquiries from drivers experiencing equipment problems while in the field
• Assess mechanical and equipment-related challenges reported by drivers and vendors
• Coordinate with authorized repair facilities and service providers to resolve fleet needs promptly
• Document all maintenance requests, actions taken, and outcomes for operational records
• Make timely, cost-conscious decisions that balance rapid service with budget responsibility
• Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding repair status and resolution timelines
