Role Overview
As a Customer Consultant I at Ion Bank, you'll be the trusted point of contact for clients navigating their financial decisions. Your role is to engage with customers across multiple touchpoints, understand their unique banking needs, and guide them toward solutions aligned with their goals. Working a hybrid schedule—in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., plus Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with Wednesdays off—you'll build the relationships that strengthen Ion Bank's customer-first reputation.
Core Duties
- Welcome and assist customers with inquiries, account services, and financial needs
- Consult with clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend suitable products and services
- Open new accounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate customer documentation
- Deliver personalized service that exceeds Ion Bank's Service Standards
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through attentive, professional interactions
- Support the team in meeting branch service goals and operational excellence
