This is a full-time position supporting our personal injury and property damage practice at a nationally recognized law firm that has recovered over $1 billion for clients across the Central and Southeastern United States.

About the Role

As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager with The Law Offices Of Kanner And Pintaluga in Atlanta, you'll serve as a vital bridge between our diverse client base and our legal team. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will enable you to provide essential support throughout the case lifecycle—from initial client contact through resolution—while ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Conduct intake interviews and gather comprehensive case information from bilingual clients
• Maintain detailed, organized case files and documentation in compliance with firm standards
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish, providing updates and addressing questions
• Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and court systems to advance cases
• Manage critical deadlines, schedules, and timelines for depositions, medical evaluations, and court dates
• Organize evidence, medical records, and supporting materials for negotiations and trial preparation
• Track case progress and ensure all administrative requirements are met

What We're Looking For

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated case management or legal administrative experience in a law firm
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Professional judgment and commitment to client confidentiality
