Digital Marketing Executive

Wyboston Lakes Resort is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our full-time team in Wyboston, Bedford. In this role, you'll lead our digital marketing strategy and online presence, connecting guests and event organisers with our resort across the UK.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will take ownership of Wyboston Lakes Resort's digital marketing strategy and execution. You'll manage our website, develop and deliver engaging content across digital channels, and drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven campaigns. This is a hands-on role with tangible business impact—your campaigns and optimisations directly support the resort's growth and visibility in the competitive hospitality and events market.

Core Duties

• Manage and optimise the resort's website, ensuring smooth operation, fast performance, and compelling user experience
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, search, and display advertising
• Develop content strategy and create engaging marketing copy, graphics, and multimedia assets
• Implement and monitor SEO and paid search campaigns to improve visibility for hospitality and events searches in the Bedfordshire area
• Analyse campaign performance and website analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Manage social media channels and engage with customers to build community and brand loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and seasonal campaigns

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, or a related marketing role
• Strong proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools)
• Working knowledge of website management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise multiple projects, and manage deadlines effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for mastering new digital tools and techniques
