About the Role
As the Digital Delivery Program Lead, you'll serve as the central authority for all projects within our expanding data center program. You'll manage the complete project lifecycle using advanced digital delivery methodologies, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure every initiative meets schedule, budget, and quality commitments while advancing organizational objectives.
What You'll Do
- Direct all program-level activities and serve as primary point of contact for data center project coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Drive VDC and BIM implementation strategies to enhance design coordination, construction efficiency, and risk reduction
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple concurrent data center projects
- Oversee project planning, design development, and construction delivery using digital workflows and collaborative tools
- Establish and maintain quality standards, compliance protocols, and performance measurement systems
- Identify, evaluate, and address program risks through strategic mitigation planning and execution
- Lead and develop high-performing project teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement across the program
