About the Role

As a Lead Sales Associate, you'll be the backbone of our Otisville store's day-to-day operations. You'll welcome customers, guide them to products, process transactions at the register, and ensure our shelves are well-stocked and organized. In this leadership-oriented role, you'll also mentor other team members, support opening and closing procedures, and help maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness.

What You'll Do
