Industry X at Accenture brings together digital engineering, deep manufacturing domain expertise, and innovation capabilities to help enterprise clients solve their most pressing operational challenges. In this Senior Manager role, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Siemens Manufacturing Execution Systems for manufacturers and industrial enterprises navigating digital transformation.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Siemens MES implementation projects from discovery through optimization, driving measurable business impact
- Build and mentor technical delivery teams executing complex manufacturing digitalization solutions
- Partner with operations and C-suite leaders to develop strategic manufacturing technology roadmaps
- Manage enterprise client relationships, aligning stakeholders across IT, operations, and business functions
- Design integrated solutions connecting Siemens MES with existing systems, IoT platforms, and data ecosystems
- Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and manufacturing efficiency metrics
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience managing Siemens Manufacturing Execution Systems implementations in enterprise environments
- Proven track record leading high-impact teams through multi-phase digital transformation programs
- Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain integration, and Industry 4.0 technologies
- Strong client communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to executive stakeholders
- Experience translating complex business requirements into technical architecture and implementation strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing process optimization, data integration, and systems architecture
