About the Role

This is a full-time, regional flatbed driving position based out of Allendale, Ottawa County, running freight throughout the Midwest. As a company driver with Decker Truck Line, you'll combine steady regional miles with a schedule built to get you home on weekends, all while earning competitive pay and building long-term driving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer hauling flatbed loads on regional Midwest routes.
• Secure, tarp, and properly load freight following safe flatbed handling practices.
• Complete deliveries on schedule while maintaining a clean safety and compliance record.
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your equipment road-ready.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth, on-time service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) appropriate for the equipment operated.
• Willingness to learn flatbed loading, tarping, and securement — training provided for motivated drivers.
• Commitment to safety, dependability, and on-time delivery.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of flatbed freight.
