Decker Truck Line is hiring CDL-A company drivers for regional flatbed operations based in Elwood, Madison County. About the Role

This is a full-time regional flatbed driving position with Decker. You'll operate a tractor-trailer on established regional routes throughout the Midwest, hauling flatbed freight. What You'll Do

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on regional Midwest routes
• Transport flatbed freight while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Complete logbooks and delivery documentation accurately
• Properly secure and brace flatbed loads according to industry standards
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time deliveries

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience
• Commitment to safety and DOT compliance
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with dispatch
• Physical capability to handle the demands of regional flatbed driving
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures
