Deployment Strategist

About This Role

We are representing a fast-growing technology firm in Munich that builds AI-powered solutions for complex industrial sales environments. Our client needs a Deployment Strategist to own customer implementations from initial demo through long-term partnership renewal.

As a Deployment Strategist, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, working alongside technical leads to scope use cases, drive onboarding, and ensure successful adoption. You'll translate customer needs into product insights while building the playbook that will scale the business to hundreds of deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer lifecycle working with a technical lead, from kickoff through renewal and expansion
• Run steering committees, scope agent deployments, and manage project timelines with enterprise customers
• Analyze customer technical sales processes in detail to identify the highest-value automation opportunities
• Translate customer requirements into structured product feedback and influence the platform roadmap
• Build relationships with both end users and C-level executives, understanding business objectives and technical constraints
• Represent our client at industry events, co-author case studies, and deliver executive presentations
• Develop scalable onboarding processes and customer success frameworks based on deployment learnings
• Travel 20-40% across DACH region and occasionally internationally to meet customer requirements on-site

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience working with both end users and executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated ownership through entrepreneurial experience, leadership roles, or major project delivery
• Strong presence in high-stakes customer conversations; comfortable pushing back and driving to clear outcomes
• Structured thinking and ability to thrive in ambiguous, open-ended problem spaces
• Experience optimizing personal productivity with AI tools and building effective automation workflows
• Relevant coding experience or strong analytical background
• Understanding of product development and feature prioritization trade-offs
• Full working proficiency in both German and English
• Located in or willing to relocate to Munich
