Deployment Lead – Accounting Solutions

Get A Job.ai is representing a well-funded, AI-native financial technology company that is transforming how modern finance teams operate. Our client serves hundreds of growing companies and partners with leading accounting firms to deliver automation across critical finance functions including close processes, revenue recognition, consolidations, and investor reporting.

We are seeking a Deployment Lead to guide new customers through successful onboarding and implementation. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based anywhere in the United States, with optional hybrid arrangements available for those near New York City or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and deployment activities, ensuring smooth and timely implementation experiences
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute implementation plans and resolve customer challenges
• Analyze client accounting and finance workflows, translating business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and platform adoption
• Support data migration efforts, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track project milestones, maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders, and drive follow-through throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Identify risks proactively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep customer launches on schedule
• Build trusted relationships with customers through responsive, thoughtful, solutions-oriented engagement
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or customer-facing finance roles
• Strong accounting foundation with credible knowledge of close processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and core finance workflows
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence to work directly with customers and senior stakeholders
• Systems-minded approach and enthusiasm for implementation work (formal implementation experience not required)
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
• Comfort operating in fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Background at Big 4 accounting firms, SaaS companies, or technology organizations is advantageous

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai varies by work location tier:

• Tier A: $100,000 – $150,000
• Tier B: $100,000 – $140,000
• Tier C: $100,000 – $130,000

Final compensation within the applicable range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and role scope. This position is also eligible for equity and comprehensive benefits.
