The Opportunity
At Globalization Partners, we are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and coach our team of sales executives. This role is pivotal in achieving net new customer acquisition targets by driving growth and hitting sales objectives. You will own the recruiting process, set objectives for your team, provide coaching, and monitor performance. Your responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting sales reports and forecasts to management, identifying emerging markets, and staying informed about new products and competition.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager who can lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives. You should have experience in managing a sales team, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring. Strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and a keen understanding of market trends and competition are essential. Additionally, you should be able to present sales reports and forecasts effectively.
