About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded, AI-native financial technology company serving accounting and finance teams at high-growth organizations. Our client has built modern ERP software that automates critical finance functions including month-end close, revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, and investor reporting. They serve hundreds of companies and partner with major accounting firms.

As their GTM team expands rapidly, we're seeking a Solutions Consultant to join this fast-paced environment. You'll work directly with executive leadership to help prospects evaluate and adopt the platform, playing a critical role in the sales process while building foundational GTM strategies.

This is a remote position for candidates based anywhere in the United States. Office-based team members in NYC or San Francisco work in person on Tuesdays, Thursdays, plus one flexible day.

Responsibilities

• Address technical questions and objections throughout the sales cycle, understanding prospect business requirements and existing technology stacks
• Articulate integration approaches and process improvements clearly to potential customers
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations by configuring sandbox environments with relevant data for each prospect's specific use cases
• Adapt presentations in real-time based on customer questions and needs
• Provide frontline prospect feedback to product and leadership teams with minimal turnaround time
• Experiment with demonstration approaches and craft thoughtful customer follow-up communications
• Serve as a responsive advisor to prospective customers throughout their evaluation process
• Represent the company with high customer empathy and structured problem-solving in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience across multiple areas including revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation
• 2+ years supporting sales cycles through implementation and/or customer support for accounting or financial software solutions
• Strong knowledge of the CFO technology ecosystem and common tools used in finance organizations
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate in a conversational, approachable manner
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Comfort engaging with prospects who have high finance and accounting proficiency
• CPA certification or audit background is a plus

Pay

The client's expected OTE range for this role is $200,000 – $280,000 based on location tier, plus equity and benefits. Final compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibilities.
