About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential blockchain and AI engineering firm that delivers production-grade systems for institutional finance clients. We're seeking a senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery and client success for complex service engagements.

This is a senior delivery leadership role with full accountability for engagement outcomes—scope, timeline, budget, and client confidence. You'll partner closely with Principal Engineers who own technical architecture, while you ensure projects are well-run, risks are proactively managed, and clients maintain high confidence throughout delivery.

This position is remote within the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale client relationship and serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes
• Translate client goals and statements of work into clear delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and dependencies
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, and change control to ensure delivery remains commercially healthy
• Proactively identify risks, delays, and tradeoffs; surface them early and drive resolution before they impact delivery
• Drive execution against plan, coordinate team priorities, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across engineering teams
• Partner with Principal Engineers on estimation, sequencing, feasibility, and technical constraints
• Translate technical tradeoffs into clear client decisions around scope, priorities, timeline, and budget
• Maintain visibility into project health, utilization, financial performance, and account expansion opportunities
• Own client-facing delivery documentation and help evolve delivery practices, reporting, escalation processes, and handoffs
• Manage deliverable acceptance and formal client sign-off against agreed criteria

What We're Looking For

• Strong literacy in blockchain or AI systems to understand technical tradeoffs and convert them into clear client decisions
• Ability to partner credibly with Principal Engineers on estimation, sequencing, and feasibility without owning technical architecture yourself
• Proven track record owning delivery for complex software or services engagements end-to-end, ideally within fintech, banking, or payment providers
• Confidence working with senior client stakeholders including C-level executives and a proven ability to earn their trust
• Experience translating statements of work and client goals into actionable plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Strong command of scope, timeline, budget, and change control to keep engagements healthy and commercially sound
• Ability to identify risks early and drive them to resolution before they impact delivery
• Comfort coordinating engineering teams, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum
• Experience shaping delivery practices including reporting frameworks, escalation protocols, and handoff processes
• Commercial instinct—you track utilization, margins, and financial health, and you spot opportunities for account growth
• Clear, precise communication skills that make complex work accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences
