Dealer Resolutions Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential automotive marketplace client seeking a Dealer Resolutions Specialist in Brighton. This role sits at the intersection of high-stakes customer service, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll own the resolution of complex dealer complaints from intake to closure, managing sensitive escalations that could impact our client's reputation and working directly with senior leadership on business-critical issues.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve the most complex, sensitive dealer escalations from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the resolution process
• Proactively identify and manage potential brand and legal risks within complaints, mitigating negative exposure across social media, review platforms, and regulatory channels
• Lead immediate response to critical service incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure transparent and timely communication with impacted parties
• Exercise autonomous judgment in awarding goodwill gestures, compensation, or fee waivers while balancing customer retention with commercial considerations
• Analyze complaint data and trend patterns to identify root causes, partnering with leadership to implement process improvements that prevent future issues
• Ensure all case documentation and responses adhere to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal service level agreements
• Manage business-critical escalations that reach C-suite level with professionalism and urgency

• Strong risk assessment and prioritization capabilities
• Preventive mindset—ability to spot and address issues before they escalate
• Understanding of the automotive industry preferred but not essential
