Join Oracle as a Data Center Audit Compliance Manager at our new Michigan AI data center in Saline Township, located approximately 35 miles southwest of Ann Arbor. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll manage regulatory compliance, licensing, and inspection readiness for one of Oracle's most advanced computing facilities.

About This Position

Oracle's data centers power enterprise infrastructure and cloud computing solutions across North America. Our newly operational Michigan location represents a significant investment in regional AI and computing capacity. In this role as Audit Compliance Manager for Insurance, Licensing & City Inspections, you'll serve as the primary compliance steward for the facility, ensuring adherence to Michigan state regulations, local licensing requirements, and insurance policy mandates. This position combines strategic compliance planning with operational oversight and is critical to the data center's regulatory standing and continuous operation. Relocation assistance is available for qualifying candidates.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with Michigan state requirements and local municipal codes
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to maintain required coverage and meet policy compliance obligations
  • Prepare for and manage audits, inspections, and certifications from regulatory agencies and third-party auditors
  • Identify compliance gaps and oversee remediation efforts with documented accountability
  • Serve as primary contact and liaison between Oracle operations and city agencies, licensing boards, and permitting offices
  • Track regulatory changes and recommend operational adjustments to maintain ongoing compliance
  • Develop compliance documentation and reports for facility leadership and audit stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Professional experience in compliance, audit, regulatory affairs, or related fields, preferably involving facility operations or industrial settings
  • Demonstrated ability working with municipal permitting, licensing, and inspection agencies
  • Understanding of insurance policy requirements and underwriting compliance standards
  • Strong documentation, project management, and written communication skills
  • Analytical ability to independently interpret and apply regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented approach with capacity to manage multiple compliance responsibilities concurrently
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, law, or equivalent professional experience
