Customer Support Executive – L1 (Malayalam + HIndi)

We are representing a fast-growing technology client that operates multiple regional-language platforms serving communities across tier-2 and tier-3 India. Our talent team is seeking a Customer Support Executive (L1) who is fluent in Malayalam and Hindi to help users navigate digital services and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.

This is a remote opportunity based in India, ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a multilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively in Malayalam, Hindi, and English
• Assist users in understanding platform functionality and troubleshoot issues they encounter
• Provide valuable feedback based on customer interactions to support product and service improvements
• Document customer queries and resolutions accurately for internal tracking and reference
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex user concerns efficiently
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through timely and empathetic support
• Engage with users to build strong relationships and foster trust in the platform

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Malayalam and Hindi (written and verbal) is required
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complaints with professionalism
• Familiarity with customer support tools and platforms
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) – must have access to a personal smartphone and laptop for work
