About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in the automotive technology sector. Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Paris. This is a hybrid role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through growth and retention.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reference point for clients throughout their entire lifecycle, taking full account management ownership
- Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to successful product go-live, ensuring alignment with digital strategy and service level agreements
- Conduct structured onboarding sessions and translate client requirements into clear delivery briefs for cross-functional teams
- Drive product adoption, prevent churn, and execute upselling and cross-selling activities to meet revenue goals
- Provide ongoing expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management strategies
- Track and report on key account metrics including NPS, retention, time-to-go-live, and product adoption rates
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate between delivery, sales, and product teams
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success, ideally within a SaaS or digital product environment
- Experience in account management or customer success with end-to-end customer onboarding ownership strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of the B2B automotive dealer sector and web technologies (CMS, SEO concepts) or SaaS industry
- Project management mindset with proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical delivery teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Native French speaker with fluency in English
- Proactive, goal-oriented approach with a passion for digital technologies and automotive innovation
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategy
Work Pattern: Permanent contract, full-time, Monday–Friday. Hybrid role with occasional field trips across the country.
