  • Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and common customer objections to continuously refine outreach strategies and conversation approaches
  • Participate actively in sales training, team meetings, and one-on-one coaching to strengthen sales effectiveness and product expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of one year of direct experience in outbound prospecting, lead development, or inside sales
  • Demonstrated capability with cold calling and B2B prospecting in a professional environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging operational managers, directors, and senior decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, plus comfort learning sales research and intelligence tools
  • Ability to work independently while consistently meeting activity targets and conversion goals
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated mindset with genuine enthusiasm for goal-driven achievement
  • Strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
  • Openness to tailoring your communication style and approach based on feedback and market response
