Systems Analyst II

Role Overview

As a key member of our HR Technology Services team, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and governance of Workday Foundation Data. In this role, you'll ensure the reliability and accuracy of our core HR system, provide expert-level technical support to internal users, and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance our Workday ecosystem. Your contributions will directly impact how effectively our global teams manage human resources and achieve business objectives.

Core Duties

• Administer Workday Foundation Data configurations with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Provide advanced technical support for Workday, diagnosing complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective resolutions.
• Lead data management initiatives including conversions, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
• Design and execute scalable system enhancements that improve functionality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Manage assigned projects from conception through implementation, coordinating timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Perform system and compliance audits, including SOX controls assessment, and drive corrective actions.
• Identify and champion process improvements that optimize system performance and operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources for team members and stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting HR technology platforms, with substantial expertise in Workday.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Foundation Data configuration, governance principles, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with data conversion workflows, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), mass data loading, and data validation techniques.
• Track record of leading system implementations, technical enhancements, or cross-functional projects to completion.
• Solid understanding of audit, compliance frameworks, and data governance methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proven capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.
