Customer Management (Sales)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing organization specializing in Amazon brand growth and PPC management. We're seeking a dedicated Customer Management professional to join their sales development team in a remote capacity from Romania.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outreach via LinkedIn and email, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sales who enjoys building relationships and driving business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads according to established criteria
• Execute cold outreach campaigns and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
• Utilize and optimize sales messaging templates
• Conduct initial sales conversations with prospective clients
• Schedule sales calls and complimentary audits with qualified prospects
• Maintain and update prospect database daily
• Meet established sales quotas and revenue targets
• Execute sales strategies and provide regular reporting to management

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work US hours (4am to 2pm PST)
• Minimum 1 year of appointment setting or online sales experience
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Understanding of effective sales communication concepts and techniques
• Ability to create customer-facing proposals
• Proficiency in funnel management and basic Excel
• Consultative sales approach with focus on education and relationship building
• Detail-oriented with passion for sales and results
• Conversational English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• Quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone for video calls
